RATES:  are per room per week.  Guests staying both weeks will receive a $100 discount on the second week.  Rates are based on the room the guests occupy and also include the following:

 
Partial Meals a continental breakfast including meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and juice will be provided daily

four large meals, served at midday or in the evening

the kitchen will be available for guests to cook their own meals at other times 

a leisurly breakfast on the patio
Transportation guests will be picked up at the Sinalunga train station, which is easily reached from Florence, Rome or Siena;  for timetables click here.

a van will transport guests to tourist and painting destinations every day except Saturday (for pick up and drop off) and a half day Wednesday

the guests will have opportunities to reach the large supermarket in the lower part of town in the van; smaller grocery stores are also available within walking distance in the upper town.  individuals wishing to travel outside the group itinerary will have ample transportation options via the railway and buses.

Concierge Services reasonalbe assistance with translation, phone calls (a phone is located in the villa from which international calls can be made), hotel arrangements, etc.

Tour Guide Services Shawn Rossiter has spent a great deal of time in Italy and has a degree in Italian Language and Literature.  He spent six weeks last year at the villa and knows the area well.  When travelling to tourist destinations he will provide introductory information about the areas and will help guest get around cities and towns.  Guided tours of specific sites must be arranged with local guides.
